Effective Capture for HDR Photography

Written by Joe Brady
HDR or High Dynamic Range photography is all the rage these days. HDR Photography enables the creation of images that render every detail of a scene by combining multiple exposures into a single image. Nightlife, Star Trails, Road Trips

Written by MAC Group
Presented by MAC GroupWritten by Matt Hill I recently got back from a 4,850 mile, 16-day road trip through 21 states, and thought I’d share some tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way for independent travel photography, including night shoots (which I prefer).

I understand that there remains much confusion about profiles and in particular how they relate to each other, if at all. I’ve gone over some of the questions asked in recent webinars and would like to try and clear up some of the mysteries.
Presented by MAC Group Written by Joe Brady I have long understood the reason for having an accurate white balance in digital photography. For the JPEG shooter, correct white balance at capture is critical because it becomes embedded in the image file as it is written to your storage card.
